Most snags have a one-move fix. If something feels broken rather than slow, it’s almost always one of these.
The vibeconferencing MCP dropped — it does that whenever the desktop app restarts. Run /mcp, reconnect vibeconferencing, and try again.
A human has to click Admit — cross-org Meets always require it. If the knock went stale, have the session re-knock (leave and rejoin) so a fresh admit prompt appears.
The name must match a running app profile. Run list_call_instances to see what’s up; with a single instance running, use /join-call with no name and it drives the one that’s there.
The wrong app profile handled the call. Run list_call_instances, select the intended running profile, then leave and rejoin. See Naming & identity.
A caption-replay glitch on older builds. Update to the latest app; if it happens live, have the bot quit and rejoin to clear the feed.
